利用常规观测资料对1991〜1996年江淮地区梅雨大暴雨期的高、低层流场进行合成诊断分析.结果表明,梅雨期暴雨时,在对流层上部,由于青藏高压向东扩,在高压东侧出现偏北大风轴,由此构成的高空辐散区随着高压的东移而东移,它常常位于低空急流前端的上空,形成上层东北风,下层西南风的特殊耦合关系.

跳线绝缘子在台风中的风偏特征分析

大风条件下,输电线路的风偏是运维中的重要信息。运用光纤光栅倾角传感技术,在台风过境期间现场测量了某运行线路跳线绝缘子串的倾斜角和风偏角并进行分析,其主要演化特征为具有较强的突发性,且与风速大小的关联程度不高,进一步计算空气间隙变化情况,判断风偏闪络放电的理论风险极低,与事实相符。
