基于风机功率和导线载流特性动态匹配的风电场出线增容

由于目前风电场出线容量整定计算时,标准风速远小于风机实际运行风速,造成了风场出线输送能力的浪费。文中提出了一种综合考虑风机出力特性和输电线路允许载流量变化特性的风电场出线增容方法。通过分析风机的风速功率曲线和输电线路最大载流量计算模型,将风机总功率和导线最大载流量在不同风速下进行动态匹配,以作为运行和设计中增容方案制定的基础。对于运行中的风电场,计算风机极限投运量;正在设计阶段中的风电场送出线路,降低所用导线的截面积。经实例分析,该方法有效增大了风电场的出线容量,提高了风电场运行经济性。

基于聚类分析的风电场多机等效建模方法研究

针对大规模双馈型机组所组成的风电场,提出1种将变桨机构动作情况作为风电场分群聚类指标的等值建模方法。通过将能够表征变桨机构动作状态的特征向量输入到支持向量机中,对风电机组进行动态分群,将同一群内的风机进行等效合并。此外叙述了等效机组参数计算方法,建立风电场多机等效模型。经过对不同建模方法的比较得出,此方法在保证仿真精度的前提下大幅度缩小了仿真时间,且仿真结果更加接近风电场实际运行工况,验证了该方法能够更加准确的表现出风电场并网点的动态特性。

研究了大型风电场联合集中式储能系统参与电网一次调频的可行性与经济性,并提出一种风储联合调频控制策略。统计分析了正常运行与发生功率缺额事件下实际电网的频率特性,仿真验证了新能源机组参与电网一次调频的必要性;类比火电机组一次调频原理,提出了新能源机组参与一次调频的基本条件;分析了风电机组基于转子惯量、预留备用和配置储能3种调频方案的技术经济性,指出风电场装配集中式储能以承担一次调频是更为经济有效的调频方案。旨在充分利用风机转子惯量以减少配置储能容量,提出一种风储协调的调频控制策略,有效减少储能容量。
