多端VSC-HVDC风电送出系统的低电压穿越综合策略设计 [PDF]

基于含风电接入的VSC-HVDC输电系统网侧换流站的基本结构,提出了接入交流电网发生三相短路时风电送出系统的低电压穿越综合控制策略。通过切换网侧换流站控制策略,并与chopper电路配合,实现网侧故障换流站向交流电网提供无功支撑,同时网侧非故障换流站和直流chopper电路协同泄放系统冗余功率,而风电场侧换流站始终维持风电场侧电压稳定。仿真分析表明,该策略可以保障系统送电端的风电场在故障期间正常运行并维持直流母线电压的稳定。在电压跌落幅度较小时可维持系统的有功输出以及无功支撑 ...

海上风电投资成本高、风险大,为提高其经济性,海上风电机组向超大容量化快速发展。全功率变换风电机组成为海上机组的主流,该机组要求变流器的容量与机组容量相匹配,同时对其运行效率、可靠性和可用度提出了更高的要求。采用两电平或三电平变换器并联组成的变流器是海上风电变流器的主流结构,对并联变流系统的优化运行、容错和重构控制可有效提升其效率和可用度,对风电变流器控制的改进也可以使机组主动参与电网频率响应。针对海上风电变流器运行效率和可用度提升技术、风电高比例并网和平价上网的技术需求,综合评述其研究现状和技术趋势。

基于WAsP的近海风电场发电量计算研究 [PDF]

准确评估风电场发电量水平对项目开发至关重要。针对海岸线附近的近海风电场,结合已建项目的测风塔数据和风电机组运行资料,得出WAsP计算模型主要参数取值。近海地区的风资源及发电量呈现一定的衰减规律,通过不同粗糙度和尾流衰减系数的设置,验证各方案模型电量与实际电量的拟合水平。结果表明,风电场的粗糙度取值要结合地形地貌、海洋水文条件等因素,海岸线附近近海风电场的粗糙度取值略高于软件推荐值,粗糙度水平为0~0.005 m;Park模型尾流衰减系数越小,发电量越小,不同的尾流衰减系数对发电量计算结果影响高达4.9%,
