目的探讨食物特异性IgG抗体与儿童过敏性紫癜的相关性。方法采用ELISA方法检测209例儿童过敏性紫癜患者血清中13种食物特异性IgG抗体。结果 209例过敏性紫癜患儿中有139例检测到1-13种食物特异性IgG阳性升高,总阳性率为66.5%(139/209);特异性IgG阳性率较高(10%以上)的主要致敏食物有2种,分别为鸡蛋(39.2%)和牛奶(38.8%);食物特异性IgG浓度分级结果表明,鸡蛋和牛奶均可引起不同程度的食物不耐受,而其余多数食物则以引起轻度不耐受(即IgG浓度为+1级)为主 ...

食管炎是临床上最常见的食管疾病,一般是由食管黏膜受到刺激或者损伤,继而引发食管黏膜充血水肿所致。根据病因不同可以分为反流性食管炎、真菌性食管炎、病毒性食管炎、化脓性食管炎等,其中真菌性食管炎是特殊的食道炎症,主要由于霉菌侵入食管粘膜组织导致食管感染,属消化道念珠菌病之一。食管破裂是食管病变的严重并发症,病情严重者可能引起穿孔,继而导致纵膈感染,病情进展迅速,预后不良,甚至死亡[1]。食管炎并发食管破裂者极其罕见,我院收治1例食管炎并发食管破裂、感染性休克的患者,现报告如下。
