Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 食管炎是临床上最常见的食管疾病,一般是由食管黏膜受到刺激或者损伤,继而引发食管黏膜充血水肿所致。根据病因不同可以分为反流性食管炎、真菌性食管炎、病毒性食管炎、化脓性食管炎等,其中真菌性食管炎是特殊的食道炎症,主要由于霉菌侵入食管粘膜组织导致食管感染,属消化道念珠菌病之一。食管破裂是食管病变的严重并发症,病情严重者可能引起穿孔,继而导致纵膈感染,病情进展迅速,预后不良,甚至死亡[1]。食管炎并发食管破裂者极其罕见,我院收治1例食管炎并发食管破裂、感染性休克的患者,现报告如下。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的提高对于原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤影像的认识。方法回顾性分析4例经手术病理证实的原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤患者的X线及CT影像资料,并复习相关国内外文献。结果 4例患者术前均行上部胃肠道口服钡餐造影及多层螺旋CT检查。肿瘤均为单发,2例肿瘤位于食管下段,2例位于食管中下段。病变均突向腔内,2例呈结节样,2例为不规则肿块。4例中1例螺旋CT证实有食管旁淋巴结增大。4例中1例术前考虑为原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤,3例考虑为食管癌。结论原发性食管恶性黑色素影像表现缺乏特异性,当食管中下段发现肿瘤且梗阻不明显时 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2000 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌与反流性食管炎的关系。方法 选取７８例反流性食管炎患者，胃镜检查时取活检行快尿素酶检测幽门螺杆菌，病理检查证实慢性萎缩性胃炎及萎缩程度，住院患者同时行血清抗的门螺杆菌抗体检测，对照组为７８例无反流性食管炎的同期就诊患者。结果７８例反流性食管炎组幽门螺杆菌阳性者２４例（３１％），对照组幽门螺杆菌阳性者为５４例（６８％），统计学比较二者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。反流性食管炎组的慢性萎缩性胃炎发生率及萎缩程度均低于对照组。结论 ...

食管黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体联合血清标志物检测在食管癌诊断中的价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、癌胚抗原（CEA）联合食管黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体在食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的经胃镜诊断为食管病变患者128例,其中64为食管癌患者,64例为食管良性病变患者,使用罗氏电化学发光免疫系统检测其血清NSE、CEA水平,采用ICM检测DNA倍体水平,分析其特异性及敏感性。结果 64例食管癌患者中有45例DNA倍体为阳性,64例食管良性病变患者中,3例DNA倍体异常,食管癌组患者的NSE、CEA水平均明显高于良性病变组,组间比较有明显差异 ...
