野生动物学报, 2018 通过对林业部门没收的中华穿山甲所发生的疾病进行诊断治疗,并结合文献归纳总结穿山甲人工饲养过程中的常见疾病与治疗方案。同时根据实际饲养情况提出饲养环境中能造成疾病的潜在因素。在对2只中华穿山甲饲养过程中分别出现了呼吸道感染、消化道腹泻、体内寄生虫感染等问题,通过治疗得到明显的改善,活动能力增强。在饲养管理过程中,总结饲养经验,分别从饲养管理、抗应激措施、畜舍建设和环境管理4个方面说明在疾病预防上的注意事项。

野生动物学报, 2015 目前,在石林龙晖野生动物科研中心有限公司饲养场里有80头犀牛,在人工圈养时,每头犀牛的采食量也不尽相同,采食量的多少受很多方面的影响,比如年龄、性别、体重、活动量、饲草的适口性等。通过长时间的观察,大多数犀牛更喜欢采食黑麦草、苜蓿干草、玉米秸秆、野豌豆等饲草,所以在饲养场里我们以这几种饲草作为主要饲草来对白犀牛进行人工饲喂。本文通过白犀牛日采食量和营养需要量来确定其合理的饲喂方案,这种方法更有利于白犀牛的科学饲养,在保证其日采食量的基础上,满足其营养需要,使白犀牛达到健康标准。
