野生动物学报, 2017 大袋鼠在中国动物园内广泛饲养,动物园普遍沿用传统的饲养经验进行饲养,没有统一的饲养标准和规范,饲喂食物品种和数量有较大差异。不同的饲喂方式导致大袋鼠的饲养效果出现明显差异。口腔疾病和肠道梗阻问题是大袋鼠饲养中较常出现的疾病,为大袋鼠的饲养带来了困难。本文根据国内外大袋鼠的饲养资料文献,结合南京市红山森林动物园饲养实践,从大袋鼠的饮食习性、基础日粮、饲喂方法、大袋鼠对水的需求等4个方面对圈养条件下大袋鼠的饲料情况进行了分析和探讨。

野生动物学报, 2020 中国大熊猫保护研究中心1例参与国际科研合作的大熊猫，在15年合作期满后，以28岁高龄长途运输回国饲养，其在参与合作期间因患睾丸癌实施了睾丸摘除手术，同时还患有高血压、心脏病、关节炎等老年疾病且体质较弱。采取熟悉的兽医师、饲养员陪同运输、饲养，沿用原有的饲养用具，使用特殊调制的过渡饲料且根据大熊猫适应情况调整饲养方案，逐步转换食物，并加强爱心饲养，大大减轻了其应激反应，经过3个月的饲养过渡，完成了饲料转换，完全适应了新的饲养管理方式且体重稳定；经过1年的精心护理，药物保健及环境适应，缓解了老年疾病的程度 ...
