亚洲象冬季日粮营养分析及表观消化率测定

在人工饲养亚洲象（Elephas maximus）的过程中，饲料营养是其健康状况的重要影响因素之一，但关于亚洲象饲料以及消化率相关的研究较少。为测定亚洲象日粮营养成分含量及摄入量、养分消化率，选取5头北京动物园圈养的成年亚洲象为试验动物，分析其冬季日粮的营养成分，同时收集粪便，测定其表观消化率。结果表明：亚洲象干物质采食量占其体质量的0.66% ~ 1.20%，个体间养分消化率存在差异。试验用饲料干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、钙和磷的平均消化率分别为（51.0 ± 2.7）%、（67.2 ± 2.4）%
