浙江大学学报. 医学版骨髓增生异常综合征是克隆性造血组织肿瘤，表现为慢性血细胞减少症伴细胞形态发育异常，易进展为骨髓衰竭或急性髓系白血病。贝赫切特综合征是一类特殊的系统性血管炎，主要表现为复发性口腔溃疡、皮肤损害、眼部炎症等。近年来，骨髓增生异常综合征合并贝赫切特综合征的病例报道增多，提示两者之间存在潜在的病理联系。免疫细胞的异常激活、细胞因子的异常分泌以及细胞遗传学改变等可能在骨髓增生异常综合征合并贝赫切特综合征的发病机制中起重要作用。目前，骨髓增生异常综合征合并贝赫切特综合征的治疗策略主要基于个体化原则，包括免疫抑制治疗、

浙江大学学报. 医学版研究表明，铁代谢和铁死亡影响了髓系肿瘤的发生发展，可以作为其治疗靶点。铁代谢失调存在于多种髓系肿瘤中：急性髓系白血病的预后与铁代谢分子的差异表达相关；伴随铁过载的骨髓增生异常综合征患者预后不良；骨髓增殖性肿瘤常表现为缺铁和红细胞增多共存，可通过靶向铁调素进行治疗。髓系肿瘤细胞容易受到活性氧积累的影响而发生氧化损伤，具有铁死亡敏感性。在急性髓系白血病和骨髓增生异常综合征中，铁死亡均具有抗肿瘤作用；在慢性髓系白血病中，靶向铁死亡可以逆转伊马替尼耐药。本文综述了髓系肿瘤发生发展中铁代谢水平的特征 ...

Yixue kexue ban, 2014 摘 要： 【目的】 研究骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者的细胞遗传学之间的关系和临床意义。【方法】 采用直接法、短期培养法和ＲＨＧ显带技术制备染色体， 进行核型分析。【结果】 １１４例ＭＤＳ中４９例检出异常染色体核型，占４２．９８％，其中难治性贫血伴原始细胞增生异常（ＲＡＥＢ）－Ⅰ、Ⅱ型染色体核型异常所占比例较高。单纯数目异常核型改变＋８检出频率最高，随访６８例中有１４例转白血病，转化率为２０．５９％，核型异常者及ＩＰＳＳ评分高危组向白血病转化几率明显高于核型正常者及ＩＰＳＳ积分低危组（Ｐ ＜ ０．０５）
