目的 分析侵袭性肺部真菌感染（IPFI）的临床特点，探讨防治对策。方法 对103例IPFI的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 IPFI以COPD、支气管肺癌多见，滥用抗生素等是主要危险因素；念珠菌属占57.3%，其次为曲霉菌属占32.0%；病死率为20.4%。结论 IPFI是在多种诱发因素下继发的肺部感染，原发性IPFI少见；其病死率高，重视易患因素的控制、尽早诊断，综合治疗可降低死亡率。Objective: To analyze the clinical features of invasive ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 慢性淋巴细胞白血病(Chronic lymphocytic leukemia,CLL)是一种成熟的B细胞肿瘤,可引起患者的免疫抑制状态,增加其他类型癌症的发生率。根据以往研究,与一般人群相比,CLL患者同时发生恶性肿瘤(如肺癌、黑色素瘤等)的风险更高[1]。除了发展成实体瘤外,CLL患者易并发多发性骨髓瘤[2-3],骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)和急性髓系白血病(AML)。然而,自20世纪70年代以来,只有数十例CLL并发其他血液系统恶性肿瘤的报道[4-8]。
