本文介绍了330kV全封闭电缆终头端的设计、工艺、试验和相应的研究工作。终端头所用的环氧树脂外套长1130mm外径300mm。高压屏蔽帽外径200mm,接地外壳内径630mm。工作气压2.5kgf/cm2。主绝缘采用预制电容锥,安装简便。在环氧树脂和密封结构件分别进行了较为全面的性能试验的基础上,设计,制造了样品。该样品通过了全部型式试验,并进行了部分研究性裕度试验。试验结果表明,所设计的全封闭终端头性能可靠,部分性能还达到500kV级终端头的水平,说明该设计结构、工艺、装配都达到了比较先进的水平。
