考虑风速和光照影响的特高压避雷器温度分布研究

红外测温凭借其高效、精确等优点,在特高压避雷器带电检测中发挥了重要作用,然而避雷器表面温度会受到风速、光照等外界因素的影响,给红外测温及故障诊断带来了一定的困难。笔者基于有限元原理建立了特高压交流避雷器热电耦合的三维温度场仿真模型,并通过现场温度试验验证了模型的合理性,从而利用该模型对不同风速、光照影响下的避雷器温度分布进行仿真分析,结果表明:风速增大加强了空气对流散热,使得避雷器内部缺陷发热导致的表面最高温度下降,温升减小;避雷器表面温度随太阳辐射强度的增大而升高,且向阳侧高于背阳侧,但温升值变化不大。

因生产中使用的灰蓝釉配方均采用锆系釉,具有高温粘度大,烧成温度高的特点;而坯料烧成温度低,产品烧成温度不能太高,造成灰蓝釉产品因烧成温度低而出现窑后流痕、缩釉,桔釉、表面不平整等现象,影响产品的外观。所以,需研制与坯料烧成温度匹配的低温电瓷灰蓝釉配方。

CL20-TNT共晶高温热解的ReaxFF/lg反应力场分子动力学模拟

ReaxFF/lg势函数是在ReaxFF的基础上增加了对范德华引力的描述, 因此可以更好地用于描述晶体密度和结构, 而含能材料密度很大程度上影响着爆轰的宏观性质(如爆速、反应区宽度、能量输出结构等). 本文采用ReaxFF/lg反应力场分析了高温条件下凝聚相CL20-TNT共晶的初始分解情况, 并通过简单的指数函数拟合势能演化曲线获得了平衡和诱导期以及整体反应时间, 随后通过反应速率方程得到了共晶热解的活化能Ea (185.052 kJ/mol).
