利用经试验验证的有限元模型对均匀温度和不均匀温度分布下轴向约束波纹腹板梁的悬链线效应进行了参数分析,选取荷载比、轴向约束刚度比、跨高比及倾角为主要参数,研究了钢梁的跨中挠度、梁端轴力和悬链线弯矩等随温度的变化规律,并给出了火灾下钢梁的临界温度。由于不均匀温度下产生的热弯曲,钢梁在压力阶段的挠度更大而轴力更小。但均匀温度下钢梁的破坏温度比不均匀温度情况时高。钢梁的悬链线温度和破坏温度都随着荷载比的增大而降低。相同荷载比作用下,不同跨高比钢梁的悬链线温度相同,但其破坏温度随跨高比的增大而升高 ...

为解决水平井注蒸汽测试中高温高压下动密封和连续管注入头超温问题,成功研制了水平井注蒸汽测试井口防喷密封装置。该装置采用二级密封及长密封段自密封方式,采用耐高温氟橡胶、碳纤维及钢垫的组合形式做密封件,采用耐350 ℃高温导热油自动控制加压密封件,采用水循环冷却管给连续管、密封系统降温,可确保起下时注入头不超温和施工安全。在测试起下过程中,2口水平井井口注汽压力均在13 MPa以上,井口防喷密封装置未发生蒸汽泄漏,注入头处温度低于120 ℃,完全可以满足高温高压下用连续管测试施工要求。
