目的了解广州乡村老年人的肺功能水平及相关的影响因素，确定肺功能不良的高危人群，并揭示肺功能影响因素之间的关系。方法研究对象为2023年广州市从化区60岁至94岁的1 500名居民，采用方便抽样的方法选取。通过面对面问卷调查和体格检查，获取人口学特征、身体测量数据、疾病史和生活方式等信息。同时，使用便携式肺活量计检测了受试者的呼气功能，包括一秒用力呼气量（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV1/FVC，并观察气流阻塞（AFO）的患病率。研究按照5岁的年龄间隔报告了老年人的肺功能的年龄和性别分布 ...
