Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的探讨研究年龄相关性听力障碍发病情况及老年前期筛查的可行性。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月间在新华医院崇明分院进行听力检测的300例受试者为研究对象,根据年龄分组:31-40岁组,60例;41-50岁组,132例;51-60岁组,70例;61-70岁组,27例;71-80岁组,8例;80岁以上组,3例,对受试者进行纯音听力测试,记录受试者听力正常、言语频率听阈正常但是高频音下降、言语频率纯音听阈情况。结果 31-40岁组听力听力受损率最低,为6.67%,随着受试者年龄增加,听力受损率逐渐增高 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2019 目的了解北京高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在女性患者中的感染状况。方法对2017年来我院就诊的2183例女性的高危型HPV基因分型检测数据进行回顾性分析。结果在2183例样本中,高危型HPV检出407例,总检出率18.61%,15个高危亚型均有检出,检出最多的5种亚型依次为HPV52、51、16、58、39;根据年龄的不同高危HPV感染率不同,随着年龄增大,感染率曲线先下降后回升;绝经期女性高危HPV总阳性率高于育龄期女性,绝经期女性高危HPV亚型排在前5位的是:HPV52、51、58、66、56亚型 ...
