鼻咽通气道通气和面罩通气对术前置入鼻胃管患者全身麻醉诱导期通气效果的影响
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 胃肠外科患者常因手术需要常规术前置入鼻胃管。这类患者全身麻醉诱导期机械通气过程中,普通面罩与患者面部、鼻胃管处及上颌部贴合不紧密,通气时容易出现漏气,实际潮气量下降,脉搏氧饱和度下降,体内二氧化碳蓄积甚至反射性引起血压增高、心率增快等不良反应。以往该类患者麻醉诱导期通气不足时常通过用力挤压面罩与鼻胃管结合处的方法,但通气效果不理想。

Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]为腹部手术后行胃肠减压的病人探讨一种疗效确切,易于接受的吸氧方法。[方法]随机将腹部手术后行胃肠减压病人60例分为3组各20例,A组采用与胃管同侧鼻导管吸氧法,B组采用插胃管对侧鼻导管吸氧,导管插入鼻腔1.0cm1.5cm,C组采用面罩吸氧,分别于吸氧前及吸氧第20小时进行血气分析,并采用问卷调查了解病人主观感受和耐受性。[结果]3种吸氧方法之间的氧疗效果差异无显著意义（P>0.05）,但B组吸氧法,对鼻咽部无刺激,病人易于接受。[结论]腹部手术后伴有胃肠减压的病人宜采用插胃管对侧鼻导管吸氧法。

Huli yanjiu, 1991 我们使用的橡胶胃管管壁厚,内径小,易于阻塞,吸引不畅。经多次消毒后易于折曲,下胃管有一定的困难。笔者于1990年～1991年采用一次性输血管巧制单腔多孔胃管25例,用于胃肠减压20例,鼻饲5例,使用方便,效果优于胃管。
