II ABSTRACT In this study, we have examined the first 44 pages of manuscript of Sirâce'1-Kulûb belonging to Old Anatolian Turkish period and have transcribed them into Latin alphabet. We also have determined the sentences by completing the punctuation marks and have constructed a dictionary.
