Genetic analysis and mapping of ascochyta blight resistance in kabuli chickpea (Cicer arietinum)

open access: yesThe Indian Journal of Agricultural Sciences
Ascochyta blight is a fungal disease of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) caused by Ascochyta rabiei, resulting in up to 100% crop yield loss under favourable conditions.

Multi‐Omics Profiling of High‐Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer Reveals an Inflammation‐Related Lipid Metabolism Subtype Associated With Platinum Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Through integrated proteomic and metabolomic profiling, Zhao et al. identified three molecular subtypes of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. The high‐risk subtype exhibits activated arachidonic acid metabolism and cyclooxygenase‐2 overexpression. This metabolic axis promotes M2‐like macrophage infiltration, which contributes to platinum resistance ...

Mn2+ Ion‐Mediated Zn Dendrite Suppression and Reversible Stripping in Aqueous Zn‐Ion Batteries as Revealed by In Situ Liquid‐Cell TEM

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In situ EC‐LPTEM directly visualizes how Mn2+ ions regulate Zn electrodeposition and dissolution in aqueous electrolytes. Mn2+ suppresses heterogeneous growth and dendritic elongation while promoting more reversible stripping. These findings reveal additive‐regulated interfacial processes during Zn deposition and dissolution and provide guidance for ...

PEAR1 Promotes Glucose Metabolism Reprogramming in Sepsis‐Associated Acute Lung Injury via AARS1‐Mediated HIF‐1α Lactylation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study revealed that a PEAR1/HIF‐1α/ glycolysis/lactate/H3K18la positive feedback loop in PMVECs that drives the development of S‐ALI. Mechanistically, PEAR1 mediates the binding of HIF‐1α to AARS1, leading to the lactylation of HIF‐1α, the primary lactylation site of which is K172.

Hydrogen‐Stabilized Self‐Rectifying Memristor Arrays for Reliable Multilevel Synapses in Transformer‐Based Keyword Spotting

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A non‐filamentary self‐rectifying HfO2/TiOx resistive random‐access memory integrates H2 annealing with an incremental step pulse with verify algorithm to achieve stable and linear analog conductance modulation. The device enables low‐current 6‐bit multilevel operation while suppressing sneak current in crossbar arrays. Implemented in Transformer‐based

Computer-Aided Semi-Rational Design to Enhance the Activity of l‑Sorbosone Dehydrogenase from Gluconobacter oxidans WSH-004 [PDF]

open access: yes
The titer of the microbial fermentation products can be increased by enzyme engineering. l-Sorbosone dehydrogenase (SNDH) is a key enzyme in the production of 2-keto-l-gulonic acid (2-KLG), which is the precursor of vitamin C.
