Disruption of the SNRPF–DDX24–E2F4 Feedback Loop Uncouples Splicing and Transcriptional Regulation to Suppress Ovarian Cancer Progression

This study identifies SNRPF as a critical oncogenic driver in ovarian cancer. By regulating a self‐sustaining SNRPF–DDX24–E2F4 feedback loop through intron retention and nonsense‐mediated decay, SNRPF couples RNA splicing with transcriptional regulation to promote tumor progression.

A stable Ti3C2Clx/Ti3ZnC2 heterostructure, fabricated by dynamic etching, exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic NRR activity (NH3 yield: 20.1 µg h−1 mg−1, FE: 38.1%) in alkaline media. Local stress concentration disrupts metabolic homeostasis and induces inflammation in the nucleus pulposus (NP), thereby accelerating intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). A biomimetic HA/ChS hydrogel millimeter sphere (ChS@HM) is developed to enable synergistic stress dispersion and sustained hydration lubrication.
