UP3: Unsupervised Predictive Path Planner for Mobile Robots in Unknown Environment
In this article, an unsupervised learning‐based predictive path planning framework UP3 for mobile robots is introduced. The framework employs attention‐based path optimization, control barrier functions, and a deep constraint correction module. UP3 allows the robot to use local observation to generate smooth, safe, and collision‐free path points toward

A remark on an inequality for the prime counting function [PDF]
We note that the inequalities $0.92 \frac{x}{\log(x)} <\pi(x)< 1.11 \frac{x}{\log(x)}$ do not hold for all $x\ge 30$, contrary to some references. These estimates on $\pi(x)$ came up recently in papers on algebraic number theory.

No quantum advantage for violating fixed-order inequalities? [PDF]
In standard quantum theory, the causal relations between operations are fixed. One can relax this notion by allowing for dynamical arrangements, where operations may influence the causal relations of future operations, as certified by violation of fixed-order inequalities, e.g., the k-cycle inequalities.

Harnack inequality for the negative power Gaussian curvature flow [PDF]
In this paper, we study the power of Gaussian curvature flow of a compact convex hypersurface and establish its Harnack inequality when the power is negative. In the Harnack inequality, we require that the absolute value of the power is strictly positive and strictly less than the inverse of the dimension of the hypersurface.

On some integral inequalities for s-geometrically convex functions and their applications [PDF]
In this paper, we establish three inequalities for differentiable s-geometrically and geometrically convex functions which are connected with the famous Hermite-Hadamard inequality holding for convex functions. Some applications to special means of pozitive real numbers are given.

Innovating to amplify the voices of young people from marginalized ethnic migrant backgrounds
Abstract The meaningful participation of young people from marginalized ethnic backgrounds in civic processes is central to the social cohesion of increasingly diverse liberal democracies, but their participation is compromised by a range of barriers resulting in decision‐making that is disconnected from their lives.

On several new results related to Richard's inequality [PDF]
The main study of this article is the characterization of Richard's inequality, because it is closely related to Buzano's inequality. Finally, we present a newapproach for Richard's inequality, where we use the Selberg operator.

Abstract This article examines how university‐based teacher education programs in diverse historical, sociocultural, and political settings in the U.S. and in Chile, served to foster immigrant empowerment and liberation. Using a Funds of Knowledge approach, the study analyzed the educational practices of migrant families and their integration into ...

Maser and secondary clock in telecommunications networks [PDF]
Telecommunication networks of time division switches, interconnected by digital transmission are being put into place. At each switch, each incoming bit stream is brought into its own buffer. Then the clock in the switch reads each buffer to re-establish

Engaging decolonial approaches to deracialize and humanize migrants
Abstract We are continuing to live in unsettling times that demand responses from researchers, scholars and activists to create and mobilise knowledge for liberation, wellbeing, and justice. This commentary draws from my lived experience and research in migration that I use to highlight the rootshock of displacement and the contributions of community ...
