A novel mathematical model is developed for a multilayer metal‐supported solid oxide fuel cell (MS‐SOFC) designed for medium‐temperature operation at 600–700°C. The MS‐SOFC model is integrated with a steam reforming module to simulate the behavior of mixed fuels and evaluate their impact on fuel cell performance. A novel mathematical model is developed

The acute and dermal toxicity of antiparasitic salt briquettes on laboratory animals
The acute toxicity of salt briquettes with ivermectin is investigated. LD50 for white rats is 6400 mg/kg, white mice – 10300 mg/kg (8945÷10854). At drawing on the intact leather (skin) of rats LD50 makes more than 12500 mg/kg.

Evaluating a portable cylindrical bait trap to capture diamondback terrapins in salt marsh
Diamondback terrapins (Malaclemys terrapin) are currently in decline across much of their historical range, and demographic data on a regional scale are needed to identify where their populations are at greatest risk.

Lactate Dehydrogenase Inhibition Reverts the Fatty Acid‐Induced Neurotoxic Phenotype of Astrocytes
ALS models display increased LD accumulation. LD accumulation is linked to a neurotoxic phenotype in astrocytes. Lactate dehydrogenase inhibition reverts LD accumulation in ALS astrocytes. ABSTRACT Astrocytes are central to lipid metabolism in the central nervous system.

CNN and SVM-Based Models for the Detection of Heart Failure Using Electrocardiogram Signals
Heart failure (HF) is a serious condition in which the heart fails to supply the body with enough oxygen and nutrients to function normally. Early and accurate detection of heart failure is critical for impeding disease progression. An electrocardiogram (
