Globally F-regular type of the moduli spaces of parabolic symplectic/orthogonal bundles on curves

We prove that the moduli spaces of parabolic symplectic/orthogonal bundles on a smooth curve are globally F-regular type. As a consequence, all higher cohomologies of the theta line bundle vanish.
