Birationality of mirror models for Fano toric complete intersections
Abstract Given a Fano complete intersection defined by sections of a collection nef line bundles L1,…,Lc on a Fano toric manifold Y, a construction of Givental/Hori–Vafa provides a mirror‐dual Landau–Ginzburg model. This construction depends on a choice of suitable nef partition; that is, a partition of the rays of the fan determined by Y. We show that

Tropical Lagrangian hypersurfaces are unobstructed
Abstract We produce for each tropical hypersurface V(ϕ)⊂Q=Rn a Lagrangian L(ϕ)⊂(C∗)n whose moment map projection is a tropical amoeba of V(ϕ). When these Lagrangians are admissible in the Fukaya–Seidel category, we show that they are unobstructed objects of the Fukaya category, and mirror to sheaves supported on complex hypersurfaces in a toric mirror.

INEQUALITIES BETWEEN MIXED VOLUMES OF CONVEX BODIES: VOLUME BOUNDS FOR THE MINKOWSKI SUM
Abstract In the course of classifying generic sparse polynomial systems which are solvable in radicals, Esterov recently showed that the volume of the Minkowski sum P1+⋯+Pd of d‐dimensional lattice polytopes is bounded from above by a function of order O(m2d), where m is the mixed volume of the tuple (P1,⋯,Pd).

On hypersurface quotient singularities of dimension 4
We consider geometrical problems on Gorenstein hypersurface orbifolds of dimension n ≥ 4 through the theory of Hilbert scheme of group orbits. For a linear special group G acting on ℂn, we study the G‐Hilbert scheme HilbG(ℂn) and crepant resolutions of ℂn/G for G the A‐type abelian group Ar(n).

Jumping deformations of complete toric varieties
We construct one‐parameter complex analytic families whose special fibers are complete toric varieties. Under appropriate assumptions, the general fibers of these families also become toric varieties, and the corresponding fans are explicitly described by the data of the fans associated to the special fibers.

Analytic continuation of better-behaved GKZ systems and Fourier-Mukai transforms [PDF]
We study the relationship between solutions to better-behaved GKZ hypergeometric systems near different large radius limit points, and their geometric counterparts given by the $K$-groups of the associated toric Deligne-Mumford stacks. We prove that the $

Background – Inhibition of the Janus kinase (JAK) pathway is a well‐established option for canine atopic dermatitis (cAD). Objective – To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ilunocitinib, a novel JAK inhibitor for the control of pruritus and skin lesions in client‐owned dogs with cAD.

Local Euler characteristics of $A_n$-singularities and their application to hyperbolicity [PDF]
Wahl's local Euler characteristic measures the local contributions of a singularity to the usual Euler characteristic of a sheaf. Using tools from toric geometry, we study the local Euler characteristic of sheaves of symmetric differentials for isolated ...

A short proof of the Hanlon-Hicks-Lazarev Theorem
We give a short new proof of a recent result of Hanlon-Hicks-Lazarev about toric varieties. As in their work, this leads to a proof of a conjecture of Berkesch-Erman-Smith on virtual resolutions and to a resolution of the diagonal in the simplicial case.
