Solid Mechanics Segregated Solver Acceleration With Jacobian‐Free Newton‐Krylov
ABSTRACT The segregated algorithm is a common approach for finite volumes solvers in solid mechanics, providing a memory‐efficient and straightforward implementation. Due to the inter‐coupling of the components through the source terms, it suffers from a slow convergence behavior in specific scenarios, such as geometries with significantly uneven ...

The KKL inequality and Rademacher type 2
The KKL inequality and Rademacher type 2, Discrete Analysis 2024:2, 14 pp. The parallelepiped identity in a Euclidean space is the identity $$\|x+y\|^2+\|x-y\|^2=2(\|x\|^2+\|y\|^2),$$ which can easily be checked directly, and which generalizes to the ...

We propose a residual‐based adversarial‐gradient moving sample (RAMS) method for scientific machine learning that treats samples as trainable variables and updates them to maximize the physics residual, thereby effectively concentrating samples in inadequately learned regions.

This study investigated the relationship of nest‐site selection parameters, timing of breeding, brood size, and nestling body condition with the brood sex ratio of Black‐crowned Night Herons (Nycticorax nycticorax) in northern Iran during 2023. Nestling sex was determined via PCR amplification of the CHD gene from blood samples.

Long‐Time Solvability and Asymptotics for the 3D Rotating MHD Equations
ABSTRACT We consider the initial value problem for the 3D incompressible rotating MHD equations around a constant magnetic field. We prove the long‐time existence and uniqueness of solutions for small viscosity coefficient and high rotating speed. Moreover, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of solutions in the limit of vanishing viscosity and fast

Some results about unbounded convergences in Banach lattices
Introduction Suppose E is a Banach lattice. A net (xα) in E is said to be unbounded absolute weak convergent (uaw-convergent, for short) to x∈E provided that the net (xα-x˄u) convergences to zero, weakly, whenever u∈E+.

From Stability to Chaos: A Complete Classification of the Damped Klein‐Gordon Dynamics
ABSTRACT We investigate the transition between stability and chaos in the damped Klein‐Gordon equation, a fundamental model for wave propagation and energy dissipation. Using semigroup methods and spectral criteria, we derive explicit thresholds that determine when the system exhibits asymptotic stability and when it displays strong chaotic dynamics ...

The Linearized Inverse Boundary Value Problem in Strain Gradient Elasticity
ABSTRACT In this paper we study the linearized version of the strain gradient elasticity equation in ℝ2$$ {\mathbb{R}}^2 $$ with constant coefficients and we prove that one can determine the two Lamé coefficients λ,μ$$ \lambda, \mu $$ as well as the internal strain gradient parameter g$$ g $$, as indicated by Mindlin in his revolutionary papers in 1963–
