野生动物学报, 2019 在开展大熊猫的种群管理、遗传交流、繁殖管理以及公众教育中，经常会对大熊猫进行长途运输，然而运输对大熊猫造成的应激影响鲜见报道。本研究以中国大熊猫保护研究中心的19只（16只雌性，3只雄性）运输大熊猫个体为研究对象，利用酶联免疫吸附法检测其运输前后粪便中的皮质醇激素含量。结果发现：（1）从运输当天开始，粪便中的皮质醇水平迅速升高直至第2天，平均皮质醇含量高达（589.50±125.45）ng/g，P=0.006；运输后第3天皮质醇水平恢复至运输前水平（184.42±32.22，P=0.533）。（2 ...
