野生动物学报, 2019 非法运输、走私珍贵濒危野生动物案件对野生动物侵害严重，将野生动物作为宠物饲养为该类案件常见的犯罪动机。我国国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物猎隼为“驯鹰”的常见涉案物种。本研究搜集整理了1993—2016年中国76起猎隼违法案件，结果表明：该类案件案发时间具明显季节性，以秋季为最高；案发地点集中于西北部，以新疆为首；走私终点集中于中东地区；走私方式从空运转为陆运、海运等方式，走私路线从北京空运至中东，转由上海、天津、浙江等多口岸转运，其陆运和海运方式则更为曲折复杂。案件交易方式由线下转换到线上 ...
