Modified rush venom immunotherapy in dogs with Hymenoptera hypersensitivity
Background – Hymenoptera envenomation occurs frequently in people and dogs and can trigger anaphylaxis. Venom immunotherapy (VIT) is the only preventative treatment for Hymenoptera hypersensitivity and is indicated for people with severe adverse reactions to insect stings. Rush VIT is an accelerated VIT induction schedule performed in people.

Abstract Parenting interventions can improve parenting outcomes, with widespread implications for children's developmental trajectories. Relational savoring (RS) is a brief attachment‐based intervention with high potential for dissemination. Here we examine data from a recent intervention trial in order to isolate the mechanisms by which savoring ...

On a locally compact monoid of cofinite partial isometries of ℕ with adjoined zero
Let 𝒞ℕ be a monoid which is generated by the partial shift α : n↦n +1 of the set of positive integers ℕ and its inverse partial shift β : n + 1 ↦n. In this paper we prove that if S is a submonoid of the monoid Iℕ∞ of all partial cofinite isometries of ...

A study on strongly convex hyper S-subposets in hyper S-posets
In this paper, we study various strongly convex hyper S-subposets of hyper S-posets in detail. To begin with, we consider the decomposition of hyper S-posets.

Monoids, their boundaries, fractals and C*-algebras
In this note we establish some connections between the theory of self-similar fractals in the sense of John E. Hutchinson (cf. [3]), and the theory of boundary quotients of C*-algebras associated to monoids.

Algebras of right ample semigroups
Strict RA semigroups are common generalizations of ample semigroups and inverse semigroups. The aim of this paper is to study algebras of strict RA semigroups.

Background– Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) may cause suppurative otitis externa with severe inflammation and ulceration in dogs. Multidrug resistance is commonly reported for this organism, creating a difficult therapeutic challenge. Objective– The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial activity of a gel containing 0.5 µg/mL of ...

On the extensions of infinite‐dimensional representations of Lie semigroups
The necessary and sufficient conditions have been obtained for extendability of a Banach representation of a generating Lie semigroup S to a local representation of the Lie group G generated by S when the tangent wedge of S is a Lie semialgebra. The most convenient conditions we obtain correspond to the case of unitary representations. In this case, we

On completely 0‐simple semigroups
Let S be a completely 0‐simple semigroup and F be an algebraically closed field. Then for each 0‐minimal right ideal M of S, M = B ∪ C ∪ {0}, where B is a right group and C is a zero semigroup. Also, a matrix representation for S other than Rees matrix is found for the condition that the semigroup ring R(F, S) is semisimple Artinian.

Isomorphisms of semigroups of transformations
If M is a centered operand over a semigroup S, the suboperands of M containing zero are characterized in terms of S‐homomorphisms of M. Some properties of centered operands over a semigroup with zero are studied. A Δ‐centralizer C of a set M and the semigroup S(C, Δ) of transformations of M over C are introduced, where Δ is a subset of M. When Δ = M, M
