Charged particle fission of 232Th
Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1971Abstract The mass distributions in the fission of 232 Th by protons of 11·3 MeV and deuterons of 11·5 MeV have been measured using Ge(Li) γ-ray spectroscopy. The total cross sections were determined to be 93 M.B. and 135 M.B. respectively for the proton and deuteron fission.
