Spin‐Polarized Antiferromagnets for Spintronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights recent advances in anomalous and spin transport phenomena in spin‐polarized antiferromagnets. Key effects—including the anomalous Hall, Nernst, and magneto‐optical effects—are discussed across various antiferromagnetic platforms.

Accompanying Structural Transformations in Polarity Switching of Heavily Doped Conjugated Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The polarity switching of heavily doped p‐type conjugated polymers (CPs) toward environmentally stable electron‐rich thin films is demonstrated. Multiscale analyses, incorporating spectroscopic, electrochemical, and scattering techniques, reveal structural and chemical transformations induced by excessive doping with AuCl3.

High‐Entropy Materials for Water Splitting: An Atomic Nanoengineering Approach to Sustainable Hydrogen Production

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
High‐entropy materials (HEMs), typically composed of five or more principal elements in near‐equimolar ratios, offer significant potential due to their unique properties. This review outlines the emergence and structural evolution of HEMs, followed by an in‐depth discussion of the elemental roles (active sites, promoters, or stabilizers) for water ...

Comparative palynological analysis of Lygodium venustum Sw. and L. volubile Sw. (Lygodiaceae)

open access: yesAnais da Academia Brasileira de Ciências, 2013
The genus Lygodium Sw. is one of the few climbing ferns in the world. The spores of L. venustum Sw. and L. volubile Sw. were studied using light, scanning, and transmission electron microscopy. This work is based on herbarium material.

A Fair Opportunistic Access Scheme for Multiuser OFDM Wireless Networks

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, 2009
We propose a new access scheme for efficient support of multimedia services in OFDM wireless networks, both in the uplink and in the downlink. This scheme further increases the benefits of opportunistic scheduling by extending this cross-layer technique

Functionalized Antifouling Polymer Brushes for Biospecific Surfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Modern biosensors offer high sensitivity but often struggle with long‐term stability and selectivity for specific targets. Antifouling polymer brushes help enhance both stability and selectivity. In this review, we compare recent antifouling coatings, their design parameters, and how they are integrated with biorecognition elements for improved ...
