The Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Workforce in Early Childhood Education: Findings From a National Survey of Australian Centre‐Based Services

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Social Issues, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Culturally responsive early childhood education (ECE) environments can increase child and family participation, enhance service quality, and improve developmental outcomes for children. Educators from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds contribute to inclusive ECE and are crucial for addressing workforce shortages.

Assessing Surgical Extent in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery: A Scoping Review of Scoring Systems

open access: yesInternational Forum of Allergy &Rhinology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) varies substantially in the extent of surgical dissection performed, even when described under the same procedural label. In chronic rhinosinusitis, this heterogeneity may influence postoperative outcomes, revision rates, and response to biologic therapies.

Facile Preparation of a Poly[2]Catenane Network Using Self‐Assembled [2]Catenane Unit

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Polycatenanes show a higher degree of conformational freedom and mobility compared to covalent polymers. However, the number of its studies is far lower than that of other dynamic polymers. This may reflect the fact that the preparation of polycatenanes involves the complicated synthesis of covalent catenation.

Mechanochemistry Meets Catalysis: Metal Complexes for Greener Organic Transformations

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Mechanochemistry is redefining metal catalysis by controlling catalyst formulation, speciation, and deployment. This Review shows how milling, LAG, RAM, and TSE enable rapid metal‐complex assembly, distinctive catalytic manifolds, and scalable synthesis beyond solution chemistry.

Multimorbidity and Associations with Cognition and Alzheimer's Disease Biomarkers

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, EarlyView.
Objective Multimorbidity, the coexistence of 2 or more chronic conditions, has been linked to cognitive aging and Alzheimer's disease (AD) and AD‐related dementias, yet the mechanisms remain unclear. We aimed to examine the associations of multimorbidity with cognition and biomarkers across multiple mechanistic pathways.
