Reconstructing Solvation Structure via Strongly Nucleophilic Anions for High‐Rate and Low‐Temperature Graphite||LFP Pouch Cells in PC‐Based Electrolyte

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A nucleophilic‐anion‐regulated solvation strategy is developed for Propylene carbonate (PC)‐based electrolytes, where NO3−${\mathrm{NO}}_3^ - $ preferentially enters the Li+ solvation sheath and replaces coordinated PC molecules without sacrificing ionic conductivity.

Potential Survival Benefit of Neoadjuvant Docetaxel, Cisplatin and 5‐Fluorouracil Therapy in Patients With Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma With Multiple Lymph Node Metastases: A Single‐Institute Propensity Score Analysis

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.
Although neoadjuvant chemotherapy with fluorouracil, cisplatin, and docetaxel (NAC‐DCF) is the current standard neoadjuvant regimen for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, its substantial toxicity underscores the need to identify patients who derive the greatest benefit.

Comparison of Minimally Invasive Colectomy Between Intra‐ Versus Extra‐Corporeal Anastomosis Technique (COMMIT Study): Short‐Term Analysis

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.
This multicenter propensity score‐matched study of 3213 patients compared intracorporeal (IA) and extracorporeal (EA) anastomosis during minimally invasive colectomy. IA was associated with a significantly lower incidence of intraoperative blood loss ≥ 200 mL (2.5% vs.

Redefining the Role of Splenectomy in Scirrhous Gastric Cancer: Toward a Selective Multimodal Strategy

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Scirrhous gastric cancer, characterized by diffuse infiltration and a high propensity for peritoneal dissemination, remains one of the most aggressive subtypes of gastric cancer. Despite a relatively high incidence of splenic hilar lymph node (No. 10) metastasis, the oncologic benefit of splenectomy remains controversial, while its association
