Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的 探讨高频超声联合25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者周围血管病变(PVD)的预测价值。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年8月在华北医疗健康集团峰峰总医院治疗的T2DM合并PVD患者为病变组(n=95)、T2DM未合并PVD患者为未病变组(n=95),另选择同期行健康体检的健康者95例作为对照组。采用电化学发光法、ELISA法分别检测血清25-(OH)D3、FGF23表达水平；对T2DM患者行高频超声检查 ...
