Multi‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes Suspensions as Liquid Conductors: Electrical and Mechanical Network Interplay

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The interplay between the mechanical and electrical network of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes suspended in glycerol is studied. The study distinguishes three regimes depending on the mechanoelectrical properties of these electrofluids. Electrofluids transition between regimes upon mechanical deformation, leading to electrically conductive suspensions ...

Machine‐Learning‐Assisted Understanding of Depth‐Dependent Thermal Conductivity in Lithium Niobate Induced by Point Defects

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Thermal conductivity, a fundamental property of lithium niobate, plays a pivotal role in determining its device performance. By integrating experiments with machine‐learning‐assisted simulations, this study demonstrates that oxygen vacancies induced by thermal reduction result in a pronounced suppression of thermal conductivity and a marked depth ...

Exotic Photothermal Response in Ti‐Based MXene Optoelectronic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work uncovers the photothermal response of Ti‐based MXene devices to laser irradiation under different experimental conditions. Ti2CTx exhibits an asymmetric photothermal response, characterized by three orders of magnitude slower relaxation kinetics than Ti3C2Tx.

Controllable Laser‐Induced Phase Transition in Multilayer 2H‐MoTe2 and its Raman Spectroscopy Study

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates a straightforward laser irradiation method for inducing phase transitions in 2H‐MoTe₂. By optimizing laser parameters, multilayer 2H‐MoTe₂ encapsulated with h‐BN is successfully transformed into the single 1T' phase, confirmed by Raman spectroscopy.
