Copper-mediated C H amination of 2H-indazoles with N–Fluorobenzenesulfonimide

Tetrahedron Letters, 2021
Abstract A facile copper-catalyzed amination in C-3 position of 2H-indazoles using commercially available N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) as an amidating reagent was established in this paper. The results revealed broad substrate scope in moderate to good yields under mild conditions.

Innovative cascade reaction for 2H-indazole derivative synthesis

Molecular Diversity
In the realm of synthetic organic chemistry, by using a one-pot sequential combination of MCR, it is possible to manufacture chemical commodities (fine chemicals, agrochemicals, and pharmaceutical substances) that enhance our quality of life while generating less waste materials and increasing economic advantages. With this motivation, using a "one-pot"

Synthesis and Biological Activity of 4,5,6,7-Tetrahydro-2H-indazole Derivatives

Russian Journal of General Chemistry, 2019
Novel 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazole derivatives were obtained via the reaction of N1,N3,2-triaryl-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with hydrazine hydrate. The reaction of 4-oxocyclo-hexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with phenylhydrazine led to the formation of hydrazones instead of indazoles.

Iodine-catalyzed aerobic oxidation of o-alkylazoarenes to 2H-indazoles

Tetrahedron, 2017
Abstract An iodine-catalyzed aerobic-oxidative C-H functionalization of o-alkylazoarenes to afford 2H-indazoles has been developed. CuI was found to be an effective additive to accelerate the regeneration of iodine in the catalytic cycle. This catalytic system is suitable for both electron-rich and electron-deficient azoarenes and tolerates a variety

Chemischer Informationsdienst, 1979
AbstractBei der Behandlung entsprechender Indazole (I) bzw.

A new effective route for the synthesis of substituted 2h-indazoles

Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds, 2009
A two-stage synthesis of 2H-indazoles has been established, based on consecutive reactions of reduction of 2-alkyl-, 2-cyclopropyl-, and 2-arylcarbonylazobenzenes to phenylazo-substituted benzyl alcohols and intramolecular heterocyclization of the reduction products under the influence of organic acids.
