Stable and Reusable Light-responsive Reduced Covalent Organic Framework (COF-300-AR) as Oxidase-mimicking Catalyst for GSH Detection in Cell Lysate.

ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces, 2020
Covalent organic frameworks (COFs), as one of the most significant members of the porous organic frameworks, have been well used in the photocatalysis owing to their outspread π-conjugated framework, high crystallinity and regular pore structure. Herein,

G.P.300

Neuromuscular Disorders, 2014
Gullain-Barre sydrome (GBS) is the most common cause of acute childhood paralysis worldwide, affecting approximately 0.3–2 per 100,000 children per year. This illness is clinically characterized by acute onset of generalized, symmetrical and ascending muscle weakness and areflexia.

300 GHz Plasmonic Mixer

2019 International Topical Meeting on Microwave Photonics (MWP), 2019
A wireless receiver concept for the direct conversion of terahertz signals to the optical domain is introduced. The receiver combines two terahertz antenna-coupled phase modulators into a silicon photonics based Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The technology is demonstrated by the direct detection of a 300 GHz wireless signal on an optical fiber.

Strain-Induced Pseudo–Magnetic Fields Greater Than 300 Tesla in Graphene Nanobubbles

Science, 2010
Straining Graphene's Electronic States The conduction electrons in graphene, single sheets of graphite, can have very high mobilities. Under the influence of an applied magnetic field, a series of energy steps, or Landau levels, can be observed that ...

Channel Characterization for Intra-Wagon Communication at 60 and 300 GHz Bands

IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2019
In this paper, the intra-wagon channels at 60 and 300 GHz bands are characterized through measurement-validated ray-tracing (RT) simulations. To begin with, an in-house-developed three-dimensional RT simulator is calibrated and validated by a series of ...

300-GHz. 100-Gb/s InP-HEMT Wireless Transceiver Using a 300-GHz Fundamental Mixer

Intelligent Memory Systems, 2018
This paper presents a 300-GHz transceiver based on 80-nm InP-HEMT technology. To improve the signal-to-noise-and-distortion-ratio (SNDR) characteristics, a high-isolation fundamental mixer is used in which the matching networks are designed for good RF ...

High efficiency Bi2Te3-based materials and devices for thermoelectric power generation between 100 and 300 °C

, 2016
By suppressing intrinsic excitation in p-type Bi2Te3-based materials, we report maximum and average zT values of up to 1.4 and 1.2 between 100 and 300 °C, respectively.
