CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Exploring the dark accelerator HESS J1745-303 with Fermi Large Area Telescope

open access: yes, 2011
We present a detailed analysis of the gamma-ray emission from HESS J1745-303 with the data obtained by the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope in the first ~29 months observation. The source can be clearly detected at the level of ~18-sigma and ~6-sigma in 1 ...

Complementarity of Long‐Reads and Optical Mapping in Parkinson's Disease for Structural Variants

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Long‐read sequencing and optical genome mapping technologies have the ability to detect large and complex structural variants. This has led to the discovery of novel pathogenic variants in neurodegenerative movement disorders. Thus, we aimed to systematically compare the SV detection capabilities of OGM and ONT in Parkinson's disease.

A Prospective Study of Individuals at Risk of Multiple Sclerosis Informs the Design of Primary Prevention Studies

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective In multiple sclerosis, the optimal time for deploying a therapeutic intervention is before the central nervous system is damaged; given the success of trials treating the earliest stage of MS, the radiologically isolated syndrome, developing primary prevention strategies is an important next challenge.

Agro-morphological traits and SSR markers reveal genetic variations in germplasm accessions of Indian mustard – An industrially important oilseed crop

open access: yesHeliyon, 2022
Indian mustard is an economic and highly important industrial oilseed crop. In this study, genetic diversity among 135 Indian mustard germplasm accessions was evaluated using 11 agro-morphological descriptors and 227 SSRs.

Long Term X-ray Monitoring Of The TeV Binary LS I +61 303 with RXTE

open access: yes, 2008
We report on the results of a long term X-ray monitoring campaign of the galactic binary LS I +61 303 performed by the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer. This dataset consists of 1 ks pointings taken every other day between 2007 August 28 until 2008 February 2.

IV Thrombolysis Facilitates Interventional Reperfusion in Non‐Cardioembolic but Not Cardioembolic Stroke

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) before thrombectomy for ischemic stroke may alter clot structure and procedural performance. We investigated how IVT relates to thrombectomy metrics across stroke etiologies. Methods We performed a time‐to‐event analysis of consecutive patients with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (acLVO ...

On a selection principle for multivalued semiclassical flows [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We study the semiclassical behaviour of solutions of a Schr ̈odinger equation with a scalar po- tential displaying a conical singularity. When a pure state interacts strongly with the singularity of the flow, there are several possible classical ...

Radio QPO in the ${\gamma}$-ray-loud X-ray binary LS I +61${^\circ}$303

open access: yes, 2017
LS I +61${^\circ}$303 is a $\gamma$-ray emitting X-ray binary with periodic radio outbursts with time scales of one month. Previous observations have revealed microflares superimposed on these large outbursts with periods ranging from a few minutes to ...
