Existence of a Meromorphic Extension of Spectral Zeta Functions on Fractals
We investigate the existence of the meromorphic extension of the spectral zeta function of the Laplacian on self-similar fractals using the classical results of Kigami and Lapidus (based on the renewal theory) and new results of Hambly and Kajino based ...

Background — Anal sac impaction is common in dogs and manual expression may be effective, yet recurrence remains a problem. To facilitate physiological emptying of the sacs, it is important to maintain a bulky stool consistency. Objectives — The study evaluated if supplementation with ProGlan, a complementary feed containing Bacillus velezensis C‐3102 ...

This paper establishes new applications of q‐calculus for meromorphic harmonic functions, utilizing concepts of convolutions, subordination, and the q‐difference operator. We introduce the q‐Ruscheweyh‐type derivative operator for meromorphic harmonic functions and utilize it to define and explore novel subclasses related to Janowski functions.

Coastal fisheries adaptations to increasing climate change exposure in Japan
Abstract Climate change‐driven ocean warming is altering the geographic ranges of species, leading to a poleward shift of tropical species into temperate regions (tropicalisation). This threatens the native marine community assemblages by changing the availability of traditional marine resources, thus impacting the livelihood and well‐being of coastal ...

Abstract Regular repair of normative mother‐toddler conflict is required for relational health; yet, we still need improved delineation of regulation strategies that can promote child cooperation. Contemporary conceptualizations of positive parenting propose that structure and autonomy support each facilitate children's optimal engagement; however ...

Background – Diagnosis of canine adverse food reactions (AFRs) is based on vague criteria, such as ‘>50% improvement’ during elimination diet trial (EDT) followed by ‘deterioration’ during provocation test (PT). Objective – The objective of the study was to use predefined criteria to evaluate response during EDT [i.e., Owner Global Assessment of ...

Background – Perianal fistulas are painful ulcers or sinus tracts that disproportionately affect German shepherd dogs and are proposed as a spontaneous animal model of fistulising Crohn's disease. Objectives – To characterise the rectal and cutaneous microbiota in German shepherd dogs with perianal fistulas and to investigate longitudinal shifts with ...

Untangling the threads of conservation: A closer look at restoration and preservation
Now that the Global Biodiversity Framework has just been set, there is a critical need to recognize their fundamental differences between the types of places that are priorities for preservation, restoration or both to make collective actions for achieving the targets and goals for nature and people.
