Motion of discrete interfaces in periodic media
We study the motion of discrete interfaces driven by ferromagnetic interactions in a two-dimensional periodic environment by coupling the minimizing movements approach by Almgren, Taylor and Wang and a discrete-to-continuous analysis.

Glepaglutide (GL), a GLP‐2 analog with an extended half‐life (50 h), is currently undergoing clinical trials for patients with short bowel syndrome. GL requires subcutaneous injection, which poses challenges for potential patient compliance. To address this challenge, we loaded GL into a rectal foam formulation using CO2 as a permeation enhancer to ...

An updated catalogue of 310 Galactic supernova remnants and their statistical properties [PDF]
A revised catalogue of 310 Galactic supernova remnants (SNRs) is presented, along with some statistics of their properties. 21 SNRs have been added to the catalogue since the previous published version from 2019, and 5 entries have been removed, as they have been identified as HII regions.

Differential graded Lie algebras controlling infinitesimal deformations of coherent sheaves
We use the Thom-Whitney construction to show that infinitesimal deformations of a coherent sheaf F are controlled by the differential graded Lie algebra of global sections of an acyclic resolution of the sheaf End(E), where E is any locally free ...

Rod‐shaped particles outperform spherical particles of the same volume in preventing neutrophil infiltration to inflamed areas, both in vitro and in vivo. This therapeutic effectiveness is attributed to better cell targeting and decreased cell motility, resulting from the geometry‐driven phagocytosis and inhibited actin polymerization.

Approximation properties of local smoothing kernels [PDF]
We study some properties of smoothing kernels and their local expression as they appear in the construction of Colombeau-type generalized function algebras which are diffeomorphism invariant.
