Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.TOMM20 increases cancer aggressiveness by maintaining a reduced state with increased NADH and NADPH levels, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and apoptosis resistance while reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. Conversely, CRISPR‐Cas9 knockdown of TOMM20 alters these cancer‐aggressive traits.

Identification of inhibitors of the Salmonella FraB deglycase, a drug target
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.A high‐throughput screen was used to identify inhibitors of Salmonella FraB, a drug target. Characterization of top hits (identified after an additional counter screen) revealed that some triazolidines, thiadiazolidines, and triazolothiadiazoles are mixed‐type inhibitors of FraB.

New Astron.Rev. 45 (2001) 313-320, 2000 Major issues and existing methods for the reduction of CMB anisotropy data are reviewed. An emphasis is put on the proper modelling of the data. It is suggested that the robustness of methods could be improved by taking into account the uncertainty of the model for finding optimal solutions.
