Cohomology and extension problems for semi q-coronae [PDF]

We prove some extension theorems for analytic objects, in particular sections of a coherent sheaf, defined in semi q-coronae of a complex space. Semi q-coronae are domains whose boundary is the union of a Levi flat part, a q-pseudoconvex part and a q-pseudoconcave part. Such results are obtained mainly using cohomological techniques.

Analytic cohomology in a Banach space [PDF]

Among other things, we show that the ideal sheaf of a complex Hilbert submanifold of a pseudoconvex open subset of Hilbert space is acyclic over the ambient pseudoconvex open set. We also prove a vanishing theorem for a fairly general class of analytic sheaves over pseudoconvex open sets of a large class of Banach spaces.

Szego kernels and a theorem of Tian [PDF]

We give a simple proof of Tian's theorem that the Kodaira embeddings associated to a positive line bundle over a compact complex manifold are asymptotically isometric. The proof is based on the diagonal asymptotics of the Szego kernel (i.e. the orthogonal projection onto holomorphic sections).

On the cohomology groups of holomorphic Banach bundles [PDF]

We consider a compact complex manifold $M$, and introduce the notion of two holomorphic Banach bundles $E,F$ over $M$ being compact perturbations of one another. Given two such bundles we show that if the cohomology groups $H^q(M,E)$ are finite dimensional then so are the cohomology groups $H^q(M,F)$; as well as a more precise result in the same spirit.
