A Body Conformal Ultrasound Receiver for Efficient and Stable Wireless Power Transfer in Deep Percutaneous Charging

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Implantable devices rely on batteries that demand surgical replacement, posing risks, and financial burdens. Ultrasound energy transfer (US‐ET) offers a revolutionary wireless alternative but struggles with efficiency. The presented dielectric‐ferroelectric‐boosted US‐TENG (US‐TENGDF‐B) is thin, flexible, and biocompatible that provides high‐efficiency

Current Control of Spin Helicity and Nonreciprocal Charge Transport in a Multiferroic Conductor

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A conducting multiferroic state of spin origin with both electronic polarity (P) and magnetization (M) can be controlled and detected by electric current in a high‐temperature helimagnet YMn6Sn6. The underlying concept is the coupling of the electric current with the toroidal moment T∼P×M$\bm{T}\sim \bm{P}\ensuremath{\times{}}\bm{M}$.

A Highly Stable Organic–Inorganic Hybrid Electron Transport Layer for Ultraflexible Organic Photodiodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Organic photodiodes (OPDs) with low dark current and stable detectivity under light irradiation, air exposure, and heating are realized using a nanoparticle‐based Zn‐chelated PEIE (PEI‐Zn NP) electron transport layer. This formulation effectively suppresses photocurrent degradation and dark current increase, ensuring enhanced environmental stability ...
