Mesoporous Ni‐Al composite oxide prepared by a facile approach was used as support for the highly homogeneous dispersion of metallic Pt active sites in a form of single‐atom clusters. The resultant catalyst displayed inspiringly improved catalytic performance in the MCH dehydrogenation reaction.

ABSTRACT This paper examines the underutilization of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in addressing systemic racial inequities within community and technical colleges (CTCs). We argue that while diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are prevalent, CRT offers a more robust framework for understanding and dismantling systemic racism.
