Effects of High‐ and Low‐Fat Meals on the Bioavailability and Pharmacokinetics of Votoplam, a HTT Gene Splicing Modifier

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology in Drug Development, EarlyView.
Abstract Votoplam is a novel, orally bioavailable, small molecule HTT gene splicing modifier that is being developed for the treatment of Huntington's disease. This was a single dose, open‐label, two‐period, crossover food effect study that evaluated the effect of high‐ and low‐fat meals on 20 mg votoplam in healthy participants. There was a washout of

Bio‐Based Fluorescent Epoxies: Emission Control through Molecular Packing and Phase Separation

open access: yesChemSusChem, EarlyView.
One‐pot synthesis of fluorescent coumaric and ferulic epoxies without compromising thermomechanical properties with respect to bisphenol A diglycidyl ether is studied. This study demonstrates the sustainable conversion of agricultural waste into high‐performance fluorescent epoxy resins through direct blending of coumaric acid epoxy (CE) and ferulic ...

Nanoscale Copper–Tin Dioxide Interfaces for Efficient CO2 Electroreduction to Formic Acid and Formate at High Rates

open access: yesChemSusChem, EarlyView.
This work highlights the green synthesis of Cu–Sn nanocomposites for the efficient electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate and formic acid. It demonstrates a sustainable pathway for developing high‐performance, low‐cost, and noncritical raw‐material catalysts for industrial‐scale CO2 conversion into valuable chemical products.

3D Hierarchical Cu Nanowire Scaffolds with Rest‐Free Symmetric Pulsed Plating/Stripping for Stable Lithium‐Metal Anodes

open access: yesChemSusChem, EarlyView.
CuO‐rich hierarchical Cu nanowire scaffolds (grown by linear sweep voltammetry), combined with rest‐free symmetric pulsed plating/stripping, enable conformal Li deposition and extended cycling stability (>1000 h). This strategy provides a simple and generalizable design principle for durable lithium‐metal anodes.
