A unified existence theory for evolution equations and systems under nonlocal conditions [PDF]
We investigate the effect of nonlocal conditions expressed by linear continuous mappings over the hypotheses which guarantee the existence of global mild solutions for functional-differential equations in a Banach space. A progressive transition from the

On an abstract nonlinear second order integrodifferential equation
The aim of the present paper is to study the global existence of solutions of nonlinear second order integrodifferential equation in Banach space. Our analysis is based on an application of the Leray‐Schauder alternative and rely on a priori bounds of solutions.

This paper deals with the applications of the method of semidiscretization in time to a nonlinear retarded differential equation with a nonlocal history condition. We establish the existence and uniqueness of a strong solution. Finally, we consider some applications of the abstract results.

Periodic solutions for some partial functional differential equations
We study the existence of a periodic solution for some partial functional differential equations. We assume that the linear part is nondensely defined and satisfies the Hille‐Yosida condition. In the nonhomogeneous linear case, we prove the existence of a periodic solution under the existence of a bounded solution.

Second‐order neutral stochastic evolution equations with heredity
Existence, continuous dependence, and approximation results are established for a class of abstract second‐order neutral stochastic evolution equations with heredity in a real separable Hilbert space. A related integro‐differential equation is also mentioned, as well as an example illustrating the theory.

Existence, uniqueness, and regularity of solutions to semilinear retarded differential equations
In the present work, we consider a semilinear retarded differential equation in a Banach space. We first establish the existence and uniqueness of a mild solution and then prove its regularity under different additional conditions. Finally, we consider some applications of the abstract results.

Let u be a given bounded uniformly continuous mild solution of a higher‐order abstract functional differential equation of delay or advance type. We give a so‐called Massera‐type criterion for the existence of a mild solution, which is a “spectral component” of u with spectrum similar to the one of the forcing term f.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for studying integro-differential equations with infinite limits of integration. The main idea of this method is to reduce integro-differential equations to auxiliary systems of ordinary differential ...

The Kneser property for abstract retarded functional differential equations with infinite delay
We establish existence of mild solutions for a class of semilinear first‐order abstract retarded functional differential equations (ARFDEs) with infinite delay and we prove that the set consisting of mild solutions for this problem is connected in the space of continuous functions.
