Two effective approaches for solving fractional generalized Hirota-Satsuma coupled KdV system arising in interaction of long waves

open access: yesJournal of Ocean Engineering and Science, 2019
In this article, two different methods, namely sub-equation method and residual power series method, have been used to obtain new exact and approximate solutions of the generalized Hirota-Satsuma system of equations, which is a coupled KdV model.

Nonlinear wave equations and singular solutions [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 135 , no. 11, 3659-3667 (2007), 2006
We construct solutions to nonlinear wave equations that are singular along a prescribed noncharacteristic hypersurface which is the graph of a function satisfying not the Eikonal but another partial differential equation of the first order. The method of Fuchsian reduction is employed.

Differential Invariants and Construction of Conditionally Invariant Equations [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2003
New concept of conditional differential invariant is discussed that would allow description of equations invariant with respect to an operator under a certain condition. Example of conditional invariants of the projective operator is presented.

Some properties of (C,E,P)-algebras : Overgneration and 0-order estimates

open access: yes, 1999
We give a new definition of the so-called overgenerated rings, which are the usual tool used to define the asymptotic structure of a (C,E,P)-algebra, written as a factor space M_{(A,E,P)}/N_{(I_{A},E,P)}.

Nonexistence of Self-Similar Singularities in the Ideal Viscoelastic Flow [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2011
We prove the nonexistence of finite time self-similar singularities in an ideal viscoelastic flow in $R^3$. We exclude the occurrence of Leray-type self-similar singularities under suitable integrability conditions on velocity and deformation tensor. We also prove the nonexistence of asymptotically self-similar singularities in our system.

Solution of fractional Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson equation using Homotopy perturbation transform method [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
In this article, the approximate solutions of the non-linear Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson equation with fractional time derivative have been obtained. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense.

On the analyticity of solutions to non-linear elliptic partial differential systems

open access: yes, 2020
We give an easy proof of the fact that $C^\infty$ solutions to non-linear elliptic equations of second order $$ \phi(x, u, D u, D^2 u)=0 $$ are analytic.

Harmonic metrics and connections with irregular singularities [PDF]

open access: yesAnn. Institut Fourier (Grenoble) 49 (1999), p. 1265-1291, 1999
We identify the holomorphic de Rham complex of the minimal extension of a meromorphic vector bundle with connexion on a compact Riemann surface X with the L^2 complex relative to a suitable metric on the bundle and a complete metric on the punctured Riemann surface. Applying results of C.

On a new construction of special Lagrangian immersions in complex Euclidean space [PDF]

open access: yesQuart. J. Math. 55 (2004), 253-265, 2004
We construct new special Lagrangian submanifolds in complex Euclidean space using a pair of minimal Legendrian submanifolds in odd-dimensional spheres and certain Lagrangian surface belonging to a family that can be considered as a generalization of the special Lagrangian surfaces in complex Euclidean plane.
