Overcoming barriers? The mixed results of social innovation accelerator programs for women entrepreneurs

open access: yesStrategic Management Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Research Summary Entrepreneurship accelerators are increasingly promoted as structural interventions to close gender gaps, yet studies have not established a differential impact of participation for women. This prior evidence—drawn from high‐tech, male‐dominated settings—may overlook how outcomes differ in more feminized domains such as social

2D van der Waals System Integrated with Targeting Radio‐Diagnostic and Imaging Functions

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanoplates were engineered for tumor‐targeted imaging and therapy. By exploiting folate receptor (FR) expression levels, the system achieves selective tumor accumulation and high‐resolution dual PET/fluorescence (PET/FL) imaging.

Nanoplastics Impair GnRH Neuron Migration and Neuroendocrine Function: Emerging Players in the Pathogenesis of Reproductive Disorders

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Little is known about the effects of polystyrene nanoplastics (PS‐NPs) on gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) neurons, which control puberty onset and fertility. By applying tailored in vitro GnRH neuron models, this article shows how PS‐NPs are internalized and impact hormone secretion and cell migration, through gene expression changes. Ultimately,

Supramolecular Assemblies of Self‐Immolative Janus Dendrimers With Rapid Photodegradation Response

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Self‐immolative Janus dendrimers assemble into spherical nanoparticles with solid cores. Upon irradiation, rapid end‐to‐end depolymerization triggers a unique degradation pathway from spheres to crescents within minutes, enabling on‐demand release of encapsulated cargo.

Kinetically Controlled Self‐Assembly of a Lipophilic Fluorophore with Phenylalanine‐Based Diamides in Artificial Lipid Droplets

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Fibrous aggregates in triolein are constructed from a lipophilic donor–acceptor fluorophore bearing two phenylalanine‐based diamide units. Spectroscopic analyses and fluorescence imaging revealed a kinetically trapped state persisting for hours, enabling seeded modulation of aggregate size in artificial lipid droplets encapsulating triolein within a ...
