2009 International Workshop on Intelligent Systems and Applications, 2009
This paper describes a novel 3 dimensional color measurement system. After the sensors and corresponding data processing board were presented, based on a calibration board with right-angled triangle outline, two calibration algorithms are presented to obtain the extrinsic parameters for sensors.

3D-Printed Microelectrodes for Biological Measurement
Analytical ChemistryMicroelectrodes are useful electrochemical sensors that can provide spatial biological monitoring. Carbon fiber has been by far the most widely used microelectrode; however, a vast number of different materials and modification strategies have been developed to broaden the scope of microelectrodes.

Visualization of 3D-SIMS measurements
Applied Surface Science, 2001Secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) provides a method to examine the 3D distribution of chemical elements in solids. We created a software program (Visualizer) for the visualization of SIMS 3D data using the visualization toolkit (VTK), a free C++ class library for 3D graphics.

3D measurement using circular gratings
SPIE Proceedings, 20133D measurement using methods of structured light are well known in the industry. Most such systems use some variation of straight lines, either as simple lines or with some form of encoding. This geometry assumes the lines will be projected from one side and viewed from another to generate the profile information.

3D strain measurements using ESPI
Optics and Lasers in Engineering, 1988Abstract A new method for 3D strain measurements based on computer aided analysis of multiple frame ESPI recordings is presented. Both deformation and contour measurements are performed. The video signals are stored and processed using a PC based system. The system and its basic operation are described, and results of preliminary tests are reported.

Measuring Presence in Mobile 3D
2007In this paper, we developed valid mobile presence measurements, and proposed the factor structure of the resulting scale. The measurements of items came from previously published questionnaires in the area of VR and from the experience of mobile 3D developers. We also added our concept factors.
