Diving performance analysis with 3D motion knowledge hypergraphs
Abstract Diving actions involve complex temporal dynamics, rapid pose transitions, and strict requirements for entry angles and splash control, making quality assessment a challenging task in computer vision. Existing methods still face limitations in motion structure modeling, depth perception, and multimodal fusion.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

We show that emergence of castration‐resistant prostate (CRPC) is associated with significant upregulation of cyclins that positively regulate cyclin‐dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and concomitant downregulation of CDK4 cyclins. This renders CRPC cells dependent on the high activity of CDK2, and CDK2 inhibitors synergistically sensitize CRPC cells to both ...

Computer-Assisted Reconstruction and Motion Analysis of the Three-Dimensional Cell
Even though several microscopic techniques provide three-dimensional (3D) information on fixed and living cells, the perception persists that cells are two-dimensional (2D). Cells are, in fact, 3D and their behavior, including the extension of pseudopods,
