This paper discusses the problem of 3D indexing. That is, given a collection of 3D object models (CAD models, formalized as collections of labeled 3D points), an indexing algorithm may perform off-line pre-processing to generate a data structure that ...

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

Highly water‐soluble dicationic bis(indolium) dyes have been prepared, showing excellent two‐photon absorption and light emission. Their fluorescence behavior discloses an unusual increasing blue shift with increasing solvent polarity, which, in parallel, is beneficial for enhanced detection in biological media.

NonConformity Problem in 3D Grid Decompositions.
3D modelling and visualization based on general meshes needs a great amount of memory demands. Regular grids can substantially decrease them. Moreover, using the regular data structures results in efficient numerical procedures and simplicity of algorithms.

Opportunities of Semiconducting Oxide Nanostructures as Advanced Luminescent Materials in Photonics
The review discusses the challenges of wide and ultrawide bandgap semiconducting oxides as a suitable material platform for photonics. They offer great versatility in terms of tuning microstructure, native defects, doping, anisotropy, and micro‐ and nano‐structuring. The review focuses on their light emission, light‐confinement in optical cavities, and
