An End-to-End Approach to Reconstructing 3D Model From Image Set
Large-scale 3D reconstruction from imagery has received much attention from the computer vision community. However, recovering 3D structures from 2D images is a notoriously complex process that requires expertise with often limited results.

Ubiquitination of secretory granules promotes their crinophagic degradation in Drosophila
Ubiquitination of secretory granules in Drosophila larval salivary glands is a critical molecular trigger for crinophagy, the lysosomal degradation of unreleased, or low‐quality granules. The E3 ubiquitin ligase Cnot4 is recruited to the surface of secretory granules to induce crinophagy.

Markerless Real-Time Garment Retexturing From Monocular 3D Reconstruction [PDF]
We present a fusion of augmented reality (AR) and virtual try on (VTO) that incorporates sparse 3D point recovery by exploiting distance constraints based on 2D point correspondences between a deformed texture in monocular video and a reference texture ...

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Simulation of 3D Image Reconstruction in Rigid body Motion
3D image reconstruction under rigid body motion is affected by rigid body motion and visual displacement factors, which leads to low quality of 3D image reconstruction and more noise, in order to improve the quality of 3D image reconstruction of rigid ...

3D Reconstruction of blood vessels [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to achieve the 3D reconstruction of blood vessels from a limited number of 2D transversal cuts obtained from scanners. This is motivated by the fact that data can be missing. The difficulty of this work is in connecting the blood vessels between some widely spaced cuts to produce the graph corresponding to the network of ...
